补肺汤通过调控JNK信号通路改善COPD小鼠肺组织细胞凋亡的机制研究
Mechanism of Bufei Decoction in Improving Pulmonary Cell Apoptosis in COPD Mice via Regulation of the JNK Signaling Pathway

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bufei Decoction on pulmonary cell apoptosis in mice with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)emphysema.Methods:40 male C57BL/6 mice were randomly di-vided into four groups:blank control group,model group,Bufei Decoction group,and methylprednisolone group,with 10 mice in each group.A COPD emphysema mouse model was established by passive cigarette smoke expo-sure for 90 days.The Bufei Decoction and methylprednisolone groups were administered Bufei Decoction and meth-ylprednisolone tablets,respectively,by oral gavage for 14 consecutive days.After intervention,lung function was as-sessed;histopathological changes were observed using hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining;Western blotting(WB)was used to detect protein expression of IL-17A,JNK,p-JNK,p-c-Jun,Bax,Bcl-2,Caspase-3,and Cleaved Cas-pase-3 in lung tissue;and flow cytometry was employed to measure the rate of cell apoptosis in lung tissue.Re-sults:Compared with the blank control group,the model group showed significantly decreased FEV0.2/FVC and MMEF values,significantly reduced Bcl-2 expression,and significantly increased levels of IL-17A,p-JNK,p-c-Jun,Bax,Cleaved Caspase-3,and apoptosis rate in lung tissue(P<0.05).Both Bufei Decoction and methylprednis-olone treatment effectively ameliorated these changes(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Decoction may inhibit pulmo-nary cell apoptosis by modulating IL-17A and the JNK/c-Jun signaling pathway,thereby improving emphysema in COPD mice.关键词
