基于孙络"通营卫,畅水道"理论探讨睑板腺功能障碍型干眼的辨治
Treatment of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Related Dry Eye Disease based on the Theory of Sunluo Regulating Ying Qi and Wei Qi and Water Passage

Abstract
Meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)related dry eye disease is an ocular surface condition with chronic and multifactorial etiology,and its prevalence is increasing.In modern medicine,symptomatic treatments such as artificial tear replacement therapy,immunosuppressants,and anti-inflammatory agents are often used,but the condition tends to recur.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has shown significant efficacy in treating MGD related dry eye disease.Based on clinical experience,CHEN Xiangdong innovatively proposed that the core location of this disease lies in the Sunluo of the eyes.Dysfunction in their role of regulating Ying Qi and Wei Qi and water passage can lead to a dual pathological progression.Firstly,stagnation in the collaterals of the eyes directly damages the ocular orifices.Secondly,through the imbalance in the containment relationship between Ying Qi and Wei Qi,it disrupts the distribution of body fluids and blood,ultimately resulting in the pathological pattern of dampness and blood stasis combining,with turbid pathogens obstructing the collaterals.This study also seeks to understand and explain the occurrence and development patterns of MGD related dry eye disease from the microscopic perspective of modern medicine,thereby exploring its etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,and methods,with the aim of providing ideas and approaches for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
