症病同治学说在中医住院医师规范化培训中的实践
Practice of the Theory of Diseases Identification and Syndrome Differentiation in Standardized Training for Residents of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Since the standardized training for residents of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was carried out in 2014,many outstand-ing TCM talents have been trained.However,there are still many shortcomings.The most prominent one is the weakening or even west-ernization of TCM thinking.Therefore,Professor Chen Zhiqiang proposed the theory of"disease identification and syndrome differen-tiation".The article took the theory of"disease identification and syndrome differentiation"as the guiding ideology in standardized training and explored its application effects.It is found that this theory helps integrate theory with practice,improves the diagnosis and treatment thinking and humanistic accomplishment of standardized training physicians,thereby cultivating TCM workers with high comprehensive quality.关键词
