非遗保护视阈下中医院校开展茶文化教育研究
Study on Tea Culture Education in University of Chinese Medicine from the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection
摘要
Abstract
Tea culture and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture are both important components of China's excellent traditional culture.Throughout history,tea and TCM have deep roots,with their common origin being"food",and tea has always been a member of TCM.Currently,both tea and TCM are included in the list of intangible cultural heritage,but the traditional techniques of tea mak-ing and medicinal preparation are facing a talent shortage.By starting from the development,classification,tea ceremony,tea utensils,and tea politics,the deep integration of tea culture and TCM culture can be promoted.The education of tea culture in university of Chi-nese medicine can help cultivate successors who are familiar with both tea culture and TCM culture,and promote the inheritance of in-tangible cultural heritage.关键词
