Abstract

Objective To compare the training of professional degree students in clinical medicine and standardized training residents under the background of medical education collaboration,assess their compliance with standardized training requirements,and ex-plore measures for optimization.Methods A questionnaire was designed based on the results of literature review and expert consulta-tion,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 233 graduating trainees from 2021 to 2023.The passing rates of the first Na-tional Medical Licensing Examination and the completion assessment,as well as the tutor evaluation results,were compared between professional degree students and standardized training residents,and statistical tests were performed.Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 87.6%(204/233).There was no statistically significant difference in the passing rates of the first National Medical Licensing Examination and the completion assessment between professional degree students and standardized training resi-dents(P>0.05).In terms of tutor evaluation,professional degree students were superior to standardized training residents in profes-sional literacy,patient management,communication and cooperation,and learning and improvement,with statistically significant dif-ferences(P<0.05).In terms of professional ability,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion To a certain extent,the hospital where the researchers work has achieved the goal of homogeneous training,but further ex-ploration of optimization measures is required.
