Abstract

Taking the incineration fly ash from a municipal solid waste incineration power plant in East China as the research object,five sets of samples with different particle size ranges are obtained through standard screening,three standard leaching methods are used to analyze the heavy metal leaching toxicity of incineration fly ash with different particle sizes,and the environmental risk is evaluated based on the Overall Pollution Toxicity Index(OPTI).The results indicate that fly ash is mainly composed of fine particles,with the main chemical components being Ca and Cl.The order of different heavy metal contents in fly ash is:Zn>Pb>Cu>Cd>Cr>As.The Solid Waste Leaching Toxicity Leaching Method Acetic Acid Buffer Solution Method(HJ/T 300-2007)has the highest leaching amounts for Cu,Zn and Cd,while the Solid Waste Leaching Toxicity Leaching Method Horizontal Oscillation Method(HJ 557-2010)and Solid Waste Leaching Toxicity Leaching Method Sulfuric Acid Nitric Acid Method(HJ/T 299-2007)are more prone to leaching Pb,and the pH value of the leaching solution is a key factor affecting heavy metal migration.The risk assessment based on OPTI shows that Pb and Zn are the main risk contributing elements,and fly ash with particle size d≤38 μm has a higher comprehensive environmental risk.
