Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization in coal-fired power plants and enhance the utilization of by-product resources,this study analyzes the structural composition and operating parameters of existing wet flue gas desulfurization systems.In response to the problems of large efficiency fluctuations,high absorption liquid circulation leading to increased system operating pressure,and unstable by-product quality that exist in long-term operation,technical optimization paths such as spray tower flow field reconstruction,liquid gas ratio optimization,and slurry discharge strategy adjustment are proposed.Verify the improvement effect of the proposed optimization scheme on key indicators such as SO2 removal rate,system pressure drop,and gypsum purity through case studies.The results indicate that dual optimization of structure and parameters can significantly enhance the operational stability of desulfurization systems,improve the value of by-product resource utilization,and provide support for desulfurization process optimization and comprehensive resource utilization.关键词
