Abstract
Land reserve is a core tool for urban planning implementation and land market regulation,with multiple functional values.Based on the basic theoretical framework of urban land reserve,the operation mechanism of urban land reserve is analyzed,an evaluation system for the benefits of urban land reserve is constructed,and finally the innovative utilization strategies are proposed for urban land reserve to optimize the mechanism and achieve sustainable land use.关键词
