纤维素基空气过滤材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Performance Study of Cellulose-based Air Filtration Materials

Abstract
In this study,aerogels were prepared using TEMPO-oxidized nanocellulose(TCNF),mechanically prepared microcellulose(MFC),and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as raw materials.To further enhance mechanical performance,the aerogel fibers were modified with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(GPTMS)and polyethyleneimine(PEI).The modified aerogels exhibited excellent elasticity,with plastic de-formation remaining below 5%after 50 compression cycles at 50%strain.In addition,the air filtration material with double-layer structure had been successfully prepared.Compared with single-layer materials,the double-layer structured materials exhibited significantly superior filtration performance.The comprehensive performance indicators were as follows:the filtration efficiency reached 77.67%,the pressure drop was 122 Pa,and the quality factor was 0.013 Pa⁻¹.关键词
