摘要
Abstract
The basic characteristic of rural young teachers'"teaching in the city"is significant,and the teacher mobility shows a"one-way upward flow",which restricts the in-depth development of rural education.From the perspective of the theory of planned behavior,this paper explores the mechanism of rural teachers'retention behavior and finds that strong social support is the basic prerequisite for the occurrence of retention behavior;self-efficacy is the driving force for the occurrence of retention behavior;deep local sentiment is the regulatory system for the occurrence of retention behavior.To alleviate the problem of one-way flow of rural teachers to the city and achieve the goal of young teachers"teaching in the village",it is necessary to improve relevant economic support policies,enhance professional support for teachers,promote teachers'self-adjustment,and cultivate a deep sense of attachment to the local area.This will enhance the occurrence of rural young teachers'retention behavior.关键词
