转录组揭示山麻鸭下丘脑应激敏感性的差异表达分析
Transcriptomic Analysis Reveals Differential Gene Expression Related to Stress Sensitivity in the Hypothalamus of the Anas Poecilorhyncha

Abstract
To investigate the gene expression differences in the hypothalamus of Anas poecilorhyncha with varying stress sensitivity,we used transcriptomic methods to explore the molecular mechanisms of stress response in this species.A psychological stress model was established by inserting an iron hook into the cage to induce a fear response.Twelve ducks were selected based on their behavioral responses:six with the highest active avoidance and six with the lowest active avoidance.Hypothalamic tissues were collected for transcriptome sequencing.A total of 85 differentially expressed genes were identified between the HAA and LAA groups,including GRIN2C and P2RX1,with 60 genes upregulated and 25 downregulated in the HAA group.These genes were primarily enriched in calcium signaling pathway and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway.These findings suggest that GRIN2C,P2RX1,and other genes in the hypothalamus may modulate the avoidance response of Anas poecilorhyncha by participating in calcium signaling and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction.关键词
