Influencing Factors and Improvement Measures of Development Efficiency of Somatic Cell Cloned Embryos
摘要
Abstract
Animal somatic cell nuclear transfer technology holds significant potential for the replication and propagation of superior livestock breeds,the conservation of endangered species,the generation of genetically modified animals,and the advancement of human disease therapies.Nevertheless,its application remains constrained by challenges such as low cloning efficiency and high technical complexity.In this paper,we briefly review the main development history of animal somatic cell nuclear transfer technol-ogy,and briefly introduce the general operation process of animal somatic cell cloning.Afterwards,by summarising the existing re-search results,the main factors affecting the developmental efficiency of cloned embryos are classified as"complex and delicate cloning techniques","suboptimal oocyte quality"and"epigenetic reprogramming and gene expression errors",and the solutions that have been developed are summarized,so that more people can understand the technology and promote its innovative development and application.关键词
