不同饲料添加剂对黄羽肉鸡蛋品质和繁殖性能的影响
Effects of Different Feed Additives on Egg Quality and Reproductive Performance of Yellow-feathered Broilers

Abstract
In this experiment,360 healthy 140-day-old yellow-feathered broiler chickens with no significant weight differences were randomly selected and split into 4 groups,each with 3 replicates of 30 birds.Groups 1,2,and 3 served as experimental groups,which were supplemented with 0.025%Enzyme Yikang,0.025%Tianliwei,and 0.025%Chinese herbal extract in their diets,respectively.Group 4 acted as the control group,fed the basal diet.Egg quality tests were performed every 4 weeks throughout the trial period.In the 9th week,chickens in all groups received multiple artificial inseminations.The breeding eggs produced post-insemination were collected for centralized hatchability trials,and data such as hatch rates were recorded.The results indicated:Group 1 eggs showed significantly higher weight than Group 3(P<0.05),but no significant difference compared to Group 2 or the control group(P>0.05).The egg white height in Group 2 was significantly higher than that in Group 1(P<0.05),but no significant difference was observed compared to Group 3 or the Control group(P>0.05).The egg yolk weight in Group 1 was significantly higher than that in Group 2(P<0.05),but no significant difference was observed compared to Group 3 or the Control group(P>0.05).The a*value(redness)of eggshells in Group 1,Group 2,and the Control Group showed no significant difference(P>0.05),but were significantly higher than that in Group 3(P<0.05).The L*value(lightness)of egg yolks in Group 2 and the Control Group was significantly higher than that in Group 3(P<0.05).The a*value(redness)of egg yolks in Group 1 was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).The calcium content in eggs from the Control group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),while that in Group 3 was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).The dead embryo rate in Group 2 was significantly lower than that in Group 3(P<0.05),but showed no significant difference compared to the Group 1 and Control group(P>0.05).The hatchability rate in Group 2 was significantly lower than the other three groups(P<0.05).In summary,adding 0.025%enzyme Yikang to the diet can promote egg yolk weight and egg yolk redness a*.Adding 0.025%Tieliwei can increase the protein height and reduce the dead embryo rate.The addition of 0.025%Chinese herbal medicine extract promoted the strength of eggshell,but reduced the content of trace elements in eggs.All three feed additives had a certain degree of influence.关键词
