Abstract
The construction of an efficient gene transfer system for high-quality breeding boars is key to improving the genetic level of populations,which is of great significance for the development of the pig breeding industry.At present,domestic and foreign en-terprises have implemented numerous practices in this field,but China still faces challenges in breeding technologies and boar sta-tion management.The article is structured around four key sections:breeding(including strategies,technologies,and outcomes),boar station operations(covering construction and boar management),semen management(involving collection,quality control,storage,and transportation),and sales promotion(including publicity and after-sales services).Using Shiji Biotechnology as a case study,this paper describes the company's innovative practices and leading achievements in each segment,summarizes its experi-ences,and provides insights for the pig breeding industry to establish efficient gene transfer systems and achieve genetic improvement and sustainable development.关键词
