Exploring Clinical Application of Back-Shu and Front-Mu Acupoints Combination in Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea Based on Qi-Jie Theory
摘要
Abstract
Primary dysmenorrhea results from dysfunction of Chong and Ren meridians and insufficient nourishment of the uterus,and is closely related to Liver,Spleen,and Kidney.Qi-Jie serves as the pathway where meridian Qi converges and circulates throughout the body,while the back-Shu and front-Mu acupoints are sites where the Qi of the Zang-Fu organs accumulate.Both are associated with primary dysmenorrhea through their connections with the organs and meridians.Therefore,treatment may focus on soothing Liver and strengthening Spleen,tonifying Kidney-essence,and regulating Chong and Ren meridians to promote the circulation of Qi and blood,nourish the uterus,and relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms.关键词
