针刺"调气"的现代机制研究探析
Modern Mechanistic Research Exploration on Qi Regulation of Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
According to traditional medicine,the therapeutic action of acupuncture is attributed to the Qi regulation.This study reviews current understandings of Qi within the framework of modern biomedical science and examines relevant research on the regulatory effects of acupuncture.The discussion highlights two major aspects:signaling pathways,including the neuro-endocrine-immune network,vesicular transport,and metabolic regulation;material modulation at the levels of organs,tissues,cells,and molecules.Evidence suggests that acupuncture may partially account for the traditional concept of Qi regulation through its disease-targeted and bidirectional regulatory effects.On this basis,this study further discusses existing limitations in acupuncture research and proposes directions for future investigation.关键词
