阴阳调衡透刺针法联合靳三针疗法治疗心肾不交型围绝经期失眠的临床研究
Clinical Study of Yin-Yang Balance-Regulating Penetration Needling Combined with Jin's Three-Needle Acupuncture in Treatment of Perimenopausal Insomnia of Heart-Kidney Disharmony

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Yin-Yang balance-regulating penetration needling combined with Jin's three-needle acupuncture in treatment of perimenopausal insomnia of Heart-Kidney disharmony.Methods:82 patients with perimenopausal insomnia were randomly divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with Jin's three-needle acupuncture;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Yin-Yang balance-regulating penetration needling.The therapeutic effect,PSQI score,modified Kupperman score and HAMA score,WHOQOL-BREF scores,TCM symptom scores and serum levels of FSH and LH were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 96.00％(38/40)in the observation group,which was higher than 76.19％(32/42)in the control group(P＜0.05).The PSQI scores,modified Kupperman scores and HAMA scores were significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF scores were significantly increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the increases were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms and serum levels of FSH and LH were significantly reduced after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the reductions were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yin-Yang balance-regulating penetration needling and Jin's three-needle acupuncture demonstrates significant efficacy in treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.关键词
