世赛何以促进学生技术技能与职业素养协同发展
How the World Vocational College Skills Competition Promotes the Comprehensive Improvement of Students'Technical Skills and Vocational Literacy

Abstract
Focusing on the award-winning projects of the 2024 World Vocational College Skills Competition Finals,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the role of the Word Vocational College Skills Competition in promoting the coordinated improvement of students'technical skills and vocational literacy,and finds that it has enhanced students'comprehensive abilities through four core factors:technological innovation,green development,vocational literacy,and integration of industry and education.Especially in the two-way promotion mechanism between technological innovation and vocational literacy,technological innovation not only improves students'technical capabilities but also enhances their vocational literacy such as professional responsibility,teamwork,and innovative thinking.At the same time,the concept of green development and the integration of industry and education provide students with a broader practical platform,helping them better adapt to future workplace needs.关键词
