Evolution Process,Development Orientation and Practical Paths of Innovative Teacher Teams in Vocational Education

Abstract
The construction of innovative teacher teams in China's vocational education is a process of continuous development and optimization,evolving from initial scale expansion and quality improvement to structural optimization and professional refinement,and finally entering a new stage of collaborative innovation and comprehensive development.In this development process,the construction of innovative teacher teams has shown three development orientations:the governance model of innovative teacher teams has shifted from project management to regular and long-term governance;the focus of construction has changed from emphasizing the improvement of individual"double-qualified"teacher capabilities to optimizing the"double-qualified"teacher structure;the service orientation has expanded from focusing on education and teaching reform to serving industrial development.To this end,it is necessary to deepen the reform of the management mechanism of innovative teacher teams to improve team management efficiency,focus on enhancing the overall"double-qualified"capabilities of innovative teacher teams to strengthen the overall team level,consolidate the foundation of innovative teacher teams in serving industrial development to stimulate team innovation vitality,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of China's vocational education teacher team.关键词
