蜂巢理论视域下职业院校教师创新团队的内涵审视与建设路径
Connotation Examination and Construction Paths of Innovative Teacher Teams in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Hive Theory
摘要
Abstract
Building high-level,structured,and innovative teacher teams is the key to deepening the construction of vocational college teacher teams and promoting vocational education reform.Based on the core characteristics of Hive Theory such as decentralization,distribution,cooperation,and adaptability,this paper constructs an analytical framework,systematically explains the core connotations that innovative teacher teams in vocational colleges should possess,such as goal convergence,structural integration,operational coordination,and practical innovation,deeply analyzes the current practical dilemmas in team construction including vague goals,single structure,loose collaboration,and limited innovation,and proposes construction paths such as clarifying team development goals,optimizing team organizational structure,strengthening team collaborative management,and enhancing team practical value,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical solutions for improving the construction efficiency of innovative teacher teams in vocational colleges.关键词
