Abstract

The effective implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges requires a scientific understanding of teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.Based on the background of the integration of science and education,an initial model of higher vocational teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities was constructed using the literature analysis method.Subsequently,through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of 1,852 self-designed questionnaires,a structural model of higher vocational teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities was established,including 4 dimensions of innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching capability,innovation and entrepreneurship practice capability,innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,and professional and technical capability,and 12 sub-dimensions.This model can serve as a tool for measuring the level of higher vocational teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,providing a reference for cultivating and improving such capabilities.Higher vocational colleges should especially strengthen the cultivation of teachers'entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education and teaching ability,the tempering of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship practice ability,the shaping of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship spirit,and the tempering of professional and technical capabilities.
