基于CIPP模型的高职院校劳动教育评价指标体系建构研究
Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the CIPP Model

Abstract
As a key carrier for deepening the integration of industry and education and cultivating the craftsman spirit,labor education in higher vocational colleges urgently needs a scientific and systematic evaluation system to guide its high-quality development.Based on the theoretical framework of the CIPP Model,a four-dimensional index system covering context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation was systematically constructed by combining the Delphi expert consultation method with quantitative statistical analysis.The study adopted a Likert five-point scale to collect expert consensus and used the coefficient of variation(CV>25%)to screen and optimize indicators,ultimately forming a comprehensive evaluation framework consisting of 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 46 third-level indicators.This system realizes multi-dimensional collaborative evaluation of the appropriateness of educational goals,the efficiency of resource allocation,the quality of teaching implementation,and the output of social value,providing theoretical basis and method reference for the standardized construction and characteristic practice of labor education in higher vocational colleges.关键词
