高职县域产业学院创新治理研究
Research on Innovative Governance of County-Level Industry Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Higher vocational colleges setting up industry colleges in counties is an effective way to achieve their high-quality development,and also an inevitable measure to support county-level industrial development and serve urbanization construction with counties as important carriers.Against the background of the continuous ad-vancement of the modernization of the vocational education governance system and governance capacity,although county-level industry colleges have accumulated certain governance experience,they still face many challenges.Taking the county-level industry college of Zhejiang Business Technology Institute as a case,this paper analyzes its series of reform and practice explorations based on the school-running philosophy of"rooting in local educa-tion and serving local development",and proposes the basic paths for the innovative governance of county-level industry colleges:improve the two-level management system of the university and college to consolidate the foundation of autonomous governance;improve the multi-subject co-governance mechanism to ensure the right to speak of subject governance;improve the collaborative development mechanism to achieve the governance goal of win-win cooperation.关键词
