重塑国际数字领导力:英国职业教育与培训数字化转型策略探究
Reshaping International Digital Leadership:An Exploration of the Digital Transformation Strategy of Vocational Education and Training in the UK
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the global digital wave,the digital transformation of Vocational Education and Training(VET)has become a key support for national economic competitiveness and digital leadership.The UK has promoted the dynamic adaptation of the vocational education system to the needs of the digital economy through strategies such as formulating a national strategic framework,deepening the integration of industry and education,upgrading digital infrastructure,and systematically improving teachers'digital literacy.Combined with China's national conditions,this paper proposes paths to optimize the digital transformation of vocational education,such as strengthening policy coordination and institutional connection,deepening the innovation of industry-education integration mechanisms,optimizing the empowerment path of digital technology,and improving the development system of teachers'digital literacy,so as to provide talent guarantee for China's digital economic competition.关键词
