肩胛骨稳定性训练对肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术后关节功能恢复及疼痛控制的效果观察
Effect of scapular stability training on joint function recovery and pain control after arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of scapular stability training under the guidance of orthopedic rehabilitation outpatient clinic on the recovery of joint function and pain control after rotator cuff injury repair under shoulder arthroscopy.Methods A retrospective selection was made of 104 patients with rotator cuff injury who underwent surgery and were admitted to Wenzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2024.They were divided into the control group(conventional intervention)and the observation group(conventional intervention+scapular stability training under the guidance of rehabilitation clinic),with 52 cases in each group,according to the postoperative rehabilitation intervention methods.The indicators such as pain degree,shoulder joint function,range of motion,self-care ability,quality of life,and knowledge,attitude and practice level of the two groups of patients before and after the rehabilitation intervention were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in each observation index between the two groups of patients(all P＞0.05).After the intervention,all observation indicators of the two groups of patients were better than those before the intervention(all P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The scapular stability training guided by the orthopedic rehabilitation clinic can significantly improve joint function of patients after rotator cuff injuries repair surgery,relieve pain,increase range of motion and quality of life,and is thus recommended for clinical promotion.关键词
