摘要
Abstract
According to the satellite communication application requirements for high-frequency microwave power sources,this paper presents the development of an E-band continuous wave(CW)space traveling wave tube(TWT).Depending on the key design of the dual-anode electron gun,the folded waveguide slow wave structure system for high efficiency and linearity,and the energy-coupled system for low voltage standing wave ratios and broadband,an E-band space TWT prototype is fabricated.The test results show the prototype is capable of provi-ding output power up to 101 W,gain of 42 dB,overall efficiency of 43.5%and high linearity phase shift less than 40 degrees in 71~76 GHz.The TWTs pass through environmental extreme qualified test.After the test,all per-formance parameters of the TWTA are tested and found to be within the normal range.关键词
