Abstract
This paper introduces a series of miniaturized K/Ka-band space traveling wave tubes(TWTs),focu-sing on the balance between miniaturization and performance optimization as well as the implementation of com-pact structures.After miniaturization,the K-band products achieve significant size reduction,the length is reduced from 300 mm to 200 mm,and the weight is decreased from 1 100 g to under 500 g.For Ka-band devices,the weight is reduced from 950 g to 760 g and the efficiency is increased from 52%to over 56%while maintaining consistent external mounting interfaces.Compared with similar foreign products,these miniaturized products can achieve direct plug-in replacement in both performance specifications and mechanical installation interfaces.关键词
