Abstract
The digital prototype(DP)of components is a crucial element of current digital system equipment,and the research on DP technology for space traveling wave tubes(TWTs)has great significance for supporting system digitization and the digital transformation of the TWT industry.By upgrading the dedicated TWT design tool Microwave Tube Simulator Suite(MTSS),the Traveling Wave Tube Digital Prototype Development Software(TWTDPDS)is developed.The TWTDPDS software specifically includes two main parts:the digital components based on the structural characteristics of TWT,and the whole tube prototype model centered on beam-wave interac-tion.A Ku-band space TWT is taken as an example to construct a space TWT DP.With structural characteristics,the digital components utilize simulation data to construct neural network surrogate models,enabling the mapping of structural dimensions to key parameters.Simultaneously,the key parameters of the digital components are inte-grated into the beam-wave interaction simulation to achieve secondary simulation,ultimately enabling a rapid re-sponse digital model of the space TWT under realistic structural conditions.关键词
