Research on the Characteristics of China's Smart Tourism Policies and Optimisation Strategies

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Smart tourism policy serves as a crucial directive for fostering the high-quality development of China's cultural tourism economy and accelerating the digital transformation of the tourism industry.Conducting a quantitative analysis of smart tourism policies provides both theoretical basis and practical reference for the policy formulation in China.[Method/Process]Based on the theory of policy instru-ments,a three-dimensional framework model of"policy instruments-policy subject-policy effectiveness"is con-structed.Based on the contents of 149 policy texts issued at the central and provincial levels from 2012 to 2024,this research employs text mining,LDA subject model and content analysis to explore the characteristics and optimization strategies of smart tourism policy formulation and development in China.[Result/Conclusion]At present,the balance and coordination of the smart tourism policy tool structure in our country is poor,and the sup-ply-oriented policy tool is preferred.The main policy theme is the construction of smart tourism comprehensive services,and the adaptation of each theme and policy tools is poor.Additionally,the policy type is single and the policy effectiveness needs to be strengthened.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions such as optimizing the rationality of policy tool structure,strengthening multi-subject cooperation and coordinating the attention allo-cation of policy themes are further proposed to promote the high-quality construction of smart tourism in China.关键词
