Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]As science and technology security increasingly permeates all areas of national security,examining the evolution and future trajectory of U.S.research security policies will provide valuable reference for China in building its own research security system and safeguarding technological security under new situation.[Method/Process]Using Internet and literature searches combined with content analysis,this study systematically scans and analyzes U.S.policy documents related to research security,focusing on the evolution of the security policy of scientific research in the United States,the current core areas of concern,key characteristics and possible future trends.[Result/Conclusion]The development of U.S.research security policy can be divided into three stages.Current policies focuses on four key areas:disclosure requirements,foreign talent recruitment programs,research security training and programs information sharing and risk assessment.The evolution of these policies is characterized by dynamic policy evolution,networked collaborative governance,differentiated international cooperation,and targeted containment of China.The future policy trend may be subject precision,partner differentiation,departmental collaboration,and strict supervision.Finally,the paper offers recommendations regarding policy frameworks,talent development,and scientific research cooperation.关键词
