The Driving Mechanism and Improvement Path of Party Building Leading the Consulting Ability of University Think Tanks:Based on Social Network Theory

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Consultative capacity is central to the high-quality development of university think tanks,and the guidance of Party building provides both strategic direction and powerful momentum for enhancing this capacity.This article explores how Party building drives improvements in the advisory functions of university think tanks so they can better fulfill their historical mission of serving the major strategies of the Party and the nation.[Method/Process]Based on the perspective of social network theory,this article summarizes current constraints on the consultative capacity of university think tanks from three dimensions:Individual scholars,internal subjects,and external resources.It further analyzes the mechanisms and pathways through which Party building strengthens advisory services,focusing on political guidance,collaborative cooperation,and resource integration.[Results/Conclusion]In the construction of university think tanks,Party building fosters a strong core and broad collaboration as a"dual wheel drive",creats a"circle of friends"and"talent pool"that amplify consultative research,and establishes service scenarios and roles that precisely empower think tank ctivities-collectively sustaining the continuous enhancement of consultative capacity.关键词
