Abstract

[Objective]To explore the effects of different foliar nitrogen and phosphorus fertilization on the growth,biomass distribution of Pinus yunnanensis,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the cultivation of P.yunnanensis.[Method]Two-year-old P.yunnanensis was selected as the research object,and 9 treatments were set up with 3 gradient nitrogen fertilizer(CH4N2O)concentrations(mass fraction:0%,0.25%,0.50%)and 3 gradient phosphate fertilizer(KH2PO4)concentrations(mass fraction:0%,0.2%,0.4%).The growth and biomass of P.yunnanensis seedlings were measured regularly.The effects of foliar nitrogen and phosphorus fertilization on growth,biomass distribution of P.yunnanensis were analyzed.[Result]The effects of different nitrogen and phosphorus treatments on seedling height of P.yunnanensis were different.When single nitrogen fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer were applied,with the increase of fertilizer concentration,the diameter of P.yunnanensis seedlings showed a trend of first increasing and then decrease.The ground diameter of treatment No.5(0.25%nitrogen fertilizer,0.2%phosphorus fertilizer)were the largest at each test stage,and increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus concentration.The relative growth relationship between seedling height and ground diameter changed with the time after fertilization.The growth relationship was isokinetic in August,and allometric in October and December for most nitrogen and phosphorus treatments.The foliar nitrogen and phosphorus fertilization was beneficial to the accumulation of stem biomass of P.yunnanensis seedlings,and stem biomass increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration when nitrogen was applied alone.Stem biomass increased first and then decreased with the increase of phosphorus fertilizer concentration,and treatment No.5 appeared the best effect.The effects on needle biomass accumulation were different.When fertilizer or phosphorus fertilizer was applied alone,the needle biomass of P.yunnanensis first increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer or phosphorus fertilizer concentration.Correlation analysis showed that nitrogen and phosphorus were positively correlated with seedling growth and biomass accumulation,and the correlation between nitrogen and stem biomass and needle biomass in October reached a significant level(P<0.05),and the correlation between phosphorus and seedling height also reached a significant level.The proportion of stem biomass in August was significantly positively correlated with nitrogen,phosphorus,and nitrogen,phosphorus combined application.[Conclusion]The suitable concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus can promote the growth and biomass accumulation of P.yunnanensis,and the effect of treatment No.5 was the best.
