摘要

Abstract

To improve the safety and comfort of safety shoes in high-temperature and flammable working environments,this study analyzed the performance of main rubber materials such as EPDM and CSM,combined with various flame retardant fillers to construct a formula system,and optimized key process parameters such as vulcanization temperature and time using orthogonal experimental method.The experimental results showed that the optimized formula significantly improved the oxygen index(LOI)and thermal insulation performance while maintaining good mechanical properties.The thermal conductivity was reduced to below 0.14 W/m·K,and the flame retardant rating reached B1 level.In addition,the study also verified the thermal stability and aging resistance of the rubber material in high-temperature working environments,demonstrating good engineering application prospects.
