Abstract
In recent years,the integration of biomechanical research and digital technologies has significantly advanced the design principles and clinical applications of orthotic insoles as a pivotal intervention for foot health.By optimizing plantar pressure distribution,reconstructing arch support structures,and realigning lower limb biomechanics,orthoses effectively correct and alleviate symptoms of lower extremity disorders such as flatfoot,high-arched foot,and plantar fasciitis.The industry currently exhibits two dominant trends:a surge in demand for personalized customization and functional enhancements driven by material innovations.Future developments will focus on intelligent dynamic-adjustment systems,deeper integration of sports medicine and rehabilitation protocols,and public education on foot health,collectively driving the field toward precision medicine and preventive healthcare.关键词
