Abstract
As a traditional industry,the clothing,textile,shoe and hat industry is facing transformation and upgrading pressure under the current global competition and digital wave.Cross border financial talents,with their professional knowledge and skills,can provide strong support for the industry's"smart manufacturing"breakthrough.This article deeply analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by the clothing,textile,footwear,and hat industry,elaborates on the key role of cross-border financial talents in industry development,and proposes strategies for cultivating and introducing cross-border financial talents to promote the"smart manufacturing"transformation of the industry,aiming to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of the clothing,textile,footwear,and hat industry.关键词
