文旅游学视角下的城镇旧改——装配式智能收纳系统设计研究
Research on the Design of Prefabricated Intelligent Storage Systems for Urban Renewal from a Cultural Tourism Perspective

Abstract
To address the functional constraints,high renovation costs,and weakened cultural continuity in urban renewal,this study proposes a prefabricated intelligent storage system as an innovative solution.The system comprises three modules―display,fixed,and movable―integrating three-dimensional collaborative design with intelligent technology and modular architecture.This integration achieves dynamic spatial adaptation and embedded cultural memory expression.Practical applications in renovating old communities,research-education facilities,and homestays in Guangxi demonstrate that the system reduces comprehensive renovation costs,enhances space utilization,and fosters organic integration of cultural tourism scenarios with residential function upgrades.The research outcomes provide an innovative pathway for urban stock space renewal that balances economic efficiency,cultural preservation,and intelligent performance.关键词
