无创通气联合乙酰半胱氨酸对COPD合并RF的疗效及免疫功能的影响
The Therapeutic Effect and Immune Function of Non-Invasive Ventilation Combined with Acetylcysteine on COPD Complicated with RF

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of non-invasive ventilation techniques combined with acetylcysteine therapy in improving the condition and immune function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and respiratory failure(RF).Method:80 COPD patients with RF admitted to GuiLin Medical College Affiliated Hospital from March 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study.According to the random method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases involved in each group.The control group received non-invasive ventilation treatment,while the observation group received non-invasive ventilation combined with acetylcysteine treatment.The clinical treatment effects of two groups Partial[Pressure of Oxygen in Arterial Blood(PaO2),Arterial Blood Oxygen Saturation(SaO2)]and the differences in the improvement of lung ventilation function,changes in blood gas indicators,enhancement of immune system function,and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were analyzed.Result:The observation group showed higher data in clinical efficacy indicators,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions,pre-treatment lung ventilation function[Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second(FEV1),Forced Vital Capacity(FVC)],blood gas indicators,and immune function indicators between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed better lung ventilation function,blood gas indicators[Pressure of Oxygen in Arterial Blood(PaO2),Arterial Blood Oxygen Saturation(SaO2)],and immune function indicators than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of non-invasive ventilation combined with acetylcysteine has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of COPD patients with RF,effectively improving their lung ventilation function and immune function,improving blood gas indicators,and without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
