雷火灸联合银离子敷料治疗慢性难愈性伤口的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of thunder and fire moxibustion combined with silver ion dressings in the treatment of chronic and refractory wounds.Method:86 patients with chronic difficult to heal wounds admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(43 cases,using conventional silver ion dressings)and an observation group(43 cases,using silver ion dressings+thunderstorm moxibustion)according to a random number table method.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The inflammatory indicators,tissue re-epithelialization indicators,and wound scar changes between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the inflammation level and Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the tissue re-epithelialization level was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Leihuo moxibustion combined with silver ion dressings can effectively reduce the inflammatory level of patients with chronic refractory wounds,promote the re-epithelialization of their tissues,and improve the scar condition of their wounds.关键词
