Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of bone cement distribution types on the therapeutic effect of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Method:A total of 100 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbral fractures who received PVP treatment in the Second Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.A retrospective analysis was conducted based on the types of bone cement distribution in the first postoperative X-ray scan.The patients were divided into the uniform distribution group and the non-uniform distribution group,with 50 cases in each group.The degree of pain relief,recovery of vertebral height,ODI index and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery of vertebral height in the uniform distribution group was better than that in the non-uniform distribution group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative ODI index of the uniform distribution group was lower than that of the non-uniform distribution group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The uniform distribution of bone cement in the vertebral body is closely related to the therapeutic effect after PVP treatment.Uniformly distributed bone cement can relieve pain and restore vertebral height more effectively,but has little effect on complications.关键词
