摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of the combined intervention plan of traditional Chinese and Western medicines based on the syndrome differentiation and modification of Tianma Gouteng Yin on the antihypertensive efficacy and symptom cluster optimization of hypertensive patients with liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome.Method:A total of 86 hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang syndrome in Chengcheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the study objects.The enrolled samples were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate as a single agent,while the observation group adopted a combined strategy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.On the basis of amlodipine,a modified prescription of Tianma Gouteng Yin based on syndrome differentiation was used for intervention.The TCM syndrome scores,renal function,therapeutic effect,blood pressure and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure levels,renal function indicators and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the average daytime SBP,average daytime DBP,average nighttime SBP,average nighttime DBP,BUN,Cr,β2-MG,tinnitus,dizziness and vertigo,and headache syndrome scores of the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control regimen,the combined regimen had a higher effective rate of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of palpitations,edema and flushing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For hypertension syndrome with hyperactivity of liver Yang,the integrated intervention strategy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,which combines the syndrome differentiation and adaptation of Tianma Gouteng Decoction with conventional Western medicine,can optimize the efficacy of blood pressure regulation,reduce renal function damage,relieve symptoms,has good therapeutic effect and high safety,and has certain application value.关键词
