体外冲击波联合臭氧注射治疗棘上韧带炎的临床效果

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with local ozone injection in the treatment of supraspinous ligamentitis.Method:A total of 73 patients who were diagnosed with supraspinous ligamentitis and visited the Hospital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Armed Police Force from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of random assignment research subjects were divided into the control group with 38 cases and the observation group with 35 cases.The control group was given shock wave therapy for twice a week,with two weeks as one course of treatment.On the basis of shock wave therapy,the observation group was further given pain point injections twice a week,with 3 to 5 mL of ozone injected.The scores of Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were obser.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the ODI and VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI and VAS score of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with ozone is an optional method for the treatment of supraspinous ligamentitis,which can significantly relieve low back pain and improve lumbar function.关键词
