摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of pain nursing combined with empathic nursing in cervical cancer(CC)surgery patients.Method:A total of 95 CC surgery patients admitted to Affiliated Women's amd Children's Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to April 2024 were included,and were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=47)by the random number table method,and the control group was given routine nursing care,based on which,the observation group was given pain care combined with empathic nursing care.The two groups were compared in terms of their pain levels at 1 d,3 d,5 d,and 7 d postoperatively[Pain Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)].Before and after the nursing care,the negative emotions[Self-assessment Scale of Anxiety(SAS),Self-assessment Scale of Depression(SDS)]of the two groups were compared.Result:The NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at each postoperative point(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain care combined with empathic nursing can reduce the pain level and improve negative emotions in CC surgery patients.关键词
