Correlation between the Expression of ALCAM and SIRT1 and Cell Invasion and Apoptosis in Fine Needle Puncture Tissue of Thyroid Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between the expression levels of ALCAM and SIRT1 in fine-needle aspiration tissues of thyroid cancer and the expression levels of cell invasion and apoptosis genes.Method:A total of 179 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to Fukang Hospital in Xizang from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the thyroid cancer group(n=87)and the thyroid adenoma group(n=92)according to the postoperative pathology.Detect the expression levels of ALCAM,SIRT1,and genes for cell invasion and apoptosis in fine-needle aspiration tissues.Result:The mRNA expression levels of ALCAM and SIRT1 in thyroid cancer tissues were higher than those in thyroid adenoma tissues,and the mRNA expression levels of invasion-promoting genes BRAF,c-myc,TRK and RET were higher than those in thyroid adenoma tissues.The mRNA expression levels of apoptosis-promoting genes Bad,PUMA,Hrk,Bax and HtrA2 were lower than those in thyroid adenoma tissues.The expression levels of ALCAM and SIRT1 in thyroid cancer tissues are correlated with the expression levels of invasion and apoptosis genes.Conclusion:The expressions of ALCAM and SIRT1 in thyroid cancer tissues increase and are associated with the changes in the expressions of apoptosis and invasion genes.关键词
