Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of far infrared therapy device combined with Hirudoid ointment on the function of autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in hemodialysis(HD)patients.Method:60 HD patients admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external application of Hirudoid ointment,while the observation group was treated with the HITH-4far-infrared therapy device on the basis of the control group.The healing time of the needle site,the disappearance time of the scab,the brachial artery blood flow,the dialysis arterial pressure,the dialysis blood flow,the occurrence of internal fistula complications and the levels of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the healing time of needle holes and the disappearance time of blood scabs in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the brachial artery blood flow,dialysis blood flow and dialysis arterial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of internal fistula complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,CRP and MCP-1 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The far-infrared therapy device combined with Hirudoid ointment can effectively maintain the AVF function of HD patients,reduce the risk of vascular stenosis and vascular complications,and improve the micro-inflammatory state of patients.关键词
