摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of using exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)measurement to guide inhaled corticosteroid therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who had previously been admitted to Qianxi People's Hospital in Guizhou Province were selected as the study sample. The patients were admitted from January to October 2024 and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with inhaled corticosteroids guided by FeNO measurement, while patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The FeNO levels, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test scores(CAT),incidence of adverse reactions during treatment, and total treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment, the FeNO level and CAT score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FeNO measurement has significant clinical value in guiding the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with inhaled corticosteroids. It not only effectively reduces the patients'condition and exhaled FeNo levels, but also improves their lung function and reduces the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.关键词
