摘要
Abstract
Objective:In the treatment of non-dialysis chronic kidney disease, the effects of low-protein diet combined with ketoacid supplementation on renal function and metabolic status were studied.Method:A total of 80 patients with non-dialysis chronic kidney disease admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from April 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received basic drug treatment, while the observation group was treated with a low-protein diet combined with ketoacid supplementation on the basis of the control group. The differences in renal function indicators, various metabolic indicators, and related nutritional levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in renal function indicators, various metabolic indicators, and related nutritional level indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the renal function indicators, various metabolic indicators and related nutritional level data of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of a low-protein diet and ketoacid supplementation can enhance the renal function and metabolic status of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease, and is conducive to improving their nutritional levels.关键词
