VE-cadherin在动脉血栓性疾病中的研究进展
Progress in the Study of VE-Cadherin and Arterial Thrombotic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Vascular endothelial cadherin(VE-cadherin)is a transmembrane glycoprotein specifically expressed by endothelial cells.It combines with various catenins through calcium-dependent adhesion junctions to form a dynamic catenin complex,regulating endothelial barrier homeostasis and signal transduction.Its functional abnormalities are closely related to vascular permeability disorders,inflammatory responses and thrombosis.This paper reviews the latest research progress of VE-cadherin and its application in arterial thrombosis-related diseases,providing new ideas for the early diagnosis,treatment guidance and prognosis judgment of the disease.关键词
