消脂二陈汤治疗脾虚痰阻型肥胖儿童随机对照研究
Effect of Xiaozhi Erchen Decoction in Treating Obesity Children with the Syndrome of Pi Deficiency and Phlegm Obstruction:A Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effificacy and safety of Xiaozhi Erchen Decoction in treating obesity children with the syndrome of Pi deficiency and phlegm obstruction.Methods A total of 76 obesity children with the syndrome of Pi deficiency and phlegm obstruction were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,38 patients in each group.The two groups' patients were given dietary,sports and sleep guidance,additionally the observation group's patients were given Chinese medicine(CM)Xiaozhi Erchen Decoction.The therapeutic course for all was 12 weeks.The effective rate,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference,CM scores of primary symptom and accompanied symptom,serum cholesterol(TC)and triglycerides(TG)level,liver fat attenuation value(CAP),and liver stiffness measurement(LSM)were observed.The blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function and adverse events were recorded to assess safety.Results All patients completed the study and were included in statistical analysis.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[84.21％(32/38)vs.60.53％(23/38),P＜0.05].Both groups showed a decrease in BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,TCM main and secondary symptom scores,serum TC,TG,and CAP after treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05),There were no severe adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion Xiaozhi Erchen Decoction has obvious clinical efficacy and safety in treating simple obesity in children with the syndrome of Pi deficiency and phlegm obstruction.(CHICTR,No.ChiCTR2400079919).关键词
