从Piezo1持续性激活探讨急性心肌梗死形成中"瘀毒致变"内涵
Role of Sustained Piezo1 Activation in Acute Myocardial Infarction:Exploring the Implication of "Blood-Stasis and Toxin Causing Catastrophe"
摘要
Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction is associated with plaque rupture and secondary thrombosis.Endothelial injury and platelet activation and aggregation are key pathological processes in the formation of secondary thrombosis.The sustained activation of Piezo1 plays a critical role in this process.From this perspective,this article explores the theoretical connotation of "blood-stasis and toxin causing catastrophe" aiming to provide a new entry point for understanding this concept from a modern biological standpoint.Furthermore,based on molecular docking technology,this study further elucidates that the Fuzheng Huoxue Jiedu therapy(a therapeutic approach for reinforcing healthy qi,activating blood circulation,and removing toxin)may inhibit thrombosis by regulating Piezo1,offering a new target for the integrated Chinese and Western medicine prevention and treatment of acute myocardial infarction.关键词
