一贯煎联合普瑞巴林治疗肝癌骨转移神经病理性疼痛的疗效观察
The efficacy of combined Yiguan decoction and pregabalin in the treatment of neuropathic pain in liver cancer with bone metastasis:an observational study

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the healing effect of Yiguan decoction combined with pregabalin on neuropathic pain(NP)caused by liver cancer bone metastasis,and its impacts on quality of life and pain mediators.Methods:Eighty patients with liver cancer bone metastasis NP admitted to our hospital were assigned into a Western medicine group and a Chinese and Western group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with pregabalin,while the Chinese and Western group was treated with Yiguan decoction.The total effective rate,pain level,sleep quality,pain mediator indicators,quality of life,and bad reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the Chinese and Western group(90.00%)was obviously higher than that in the Western medicine group(72.50%,P<0.05),while the NRS score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were obviously lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The Bruggrmann Comfort Scale(BCS)score,serum β-endorphin(β-EP)level,and Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score in the Chinese and Western group were obviously higher than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05),while the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and substance P(SP)were obviously lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference in the incidence of dizziness,constipation,etc.between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined intervention of Yiguan decoction and pregabalin can effectively reduce the degree of body pain and improve sleep quality in patients with liver cancer bone metastasis NP,with ideal results and high clinical application value.关键词
